November Magnolia Makeover

November 16, 2016

The last Magnolia Makeover is already here? WOW. Guys, I want to start by saying thank you so much for all of your entries over the past few months. I honestly had such a great time going through them and imagining what your spaces could be!

For our last Magnolia Makeover I wanted to do a type of room we hadn’t done before, so Joni Peters’ sunroom seemed like the perfect space to take on . This room already had great light and beautiful big windows so I thought with just a few simple additions this space could really come to life.

Joni, I’m so excited to send you this paint, rug, and brand new daybed! I designed this sunroom to be a place for you and your family to relax and recharge, and ultimately I want it to reflect your story. From the photos you submitted, it looks like you’re a “plant lady” like me, so I’m adding lots of opportunity for green in your new sunroom!

Shop Joni’s Style Plan:

Phase 1| One Horn White

Phase 2 | Magnolia Home Furniture | Magnolia Home Rugs

Phase 3 | Loloi Pillows | Clara Carving Pot | Camryn Watering Can | Magnolia Flower Pot | Milo Bubble Vase | Aspen Leaf Stem | There Will Be Miracles Jimmy Don Sign

I hope this style plan gives everyone looking to do a simple update in your home some new ideas! I love this space and I hope Joni and her family spend many lazy Saturday mornings curled up here with their morning coffee.

That’s officially a WRAP on Magnolia Makeover! I hope y’all enjoyed this series as much as I did. Fixer Upper season 4 is only two weeks away! Be sure to tune in November 29th to catch the very first new episode.

Joanne, I watch your end Chip's program all the time and absolutely love it when everything is revealed. I'm grinning like a Cheshire cat and just so tickled! You would think I was getting it! I have a 72-year-old retired speech pathologist and continuing to work part time in another area. I have a very small home, you would think it was the condo. Is there any situation or possibility that I could get ideas suggestions and feedback from you for maybe an hour or two of your time. I just love your work it; just feels like home to me and I'm really reaching for out here for some help. It seems like most of the interior designers and I would like around here work with specific stores that want to sell only their products. Please feel this idea out and respond if it all possible. I have done some updates lately with my kitchen and love it. But really need help with and office bedroom and living dining area. Again. I repeat it is quite small but it is my spot and my home. I really look forward to hearing from you and truly hope this connection is possible. God blesses us and gives us miracles daily, I'm looking for help with a little miracle!

    Hi Joanna,
Love your show. It's the only HGTC show my husband will watch because Chip cracks him up. I read all the comments and it's important to remember that tolerance is a two way street. I am also a born again Christian and believe the word of God implicitly. I don't believe anyone hates the LGBT community, it's not the sinner it's the sin. Pray often, pray daily...God wants all of us to receive his special gift of salvation so we have eternity with him!

p.s. I will be sending pictures of my new house. I watched season 1 episode 3 and took that picture and built our version of the house. I hope you like it. Be Blessed! Cari Hamill

Very excited to visit!!! My husband is working in Texas while my daughter and I live in Michigan. It's hard to be apart as we are a very close family. But we make the best of it. My daughter and I are visiting next weekend and are very excited to visit your Magnolia Market. Love the show and everything you do to make lives happier.
    See y'all soon!!
